Terms and Conditions Agreement for the Warranty and Liability.
By purchasing this prepaid phone card customer agrees to Terms and Conditions set forth herein:
I. Disclaimer of warranty: This instructions document is part of the prepaid phone card and its services, hereinafter referred to as “Services”. Without this document, all warranties expressed herewith are voided WBC Communications, Britto Central, the Artist Romero Britto and any institution related and/or associated to the advertisement, distribution or sale of the services are hereinafter referred to as “Companies”. Unless stated otherwise in this Agreement, the companies make no warranty ,guarantee or representation, either expressed or implied, regarding the quality merchantability, accuracy, reliability, condition or fitness of the services for any particular use or purpose. Services are not redeemable for cash, not transferable or reimbursable, and without residual value. Services expire three (3) months after the last use or replenishment, or six (6) months after the purchase, whichever event happens first.
II. Limitation of Liability: Customer acknowledges that in no event companies will be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, and/or consequential damages such as loss of profits and/or income arising out of or connected to the use or provision of the services. The total liability for any loss or damage by the user as a result of any action or failure to act on the part of Companies, whether Companies known or should have known that damages could occur or be incurred, shall be limited to the cost of the unused portion of the Services. Companies shall not be liable for any damages as a result of causes outside its control or not directly attributable to the Services. Companies are not responsible for lost, theft or unauthorized use of the services.
III. There are certain restrictions and fees imposed by local telephone companies, public phone operators, wireless phone companies and Hotels in the countries where Services are provided. There are no surcharges. Calls time are billed in one-minute increments. Companies reserve the right to substitute or modify these terms and conditions at any time without further notice by any reasonable method at the Companies discretion. From any given credit, for any reason, companies will deduct a restocking fee of 20% of amount credited and yet, less any promotional discount granted when purchased. These services are available to you by WBC Communications which agrees to settle any concern related to these Services within 48 hours.
