 a. You just want to receive calls from a certain city, on your US mobile phone - choose FLEXPLAN 
       
 b. You want to receive calls from a certain city, on your US mobile phone and also be able to make internacional calls - choose either ECONOMIC or CONVENIENT
          
 c. You want to receive calls from a certain city, on a phone line outside US and also be able to make internacional calls from your US mobile phone - choose CUSTOM
