VIRTUAL PIN is like a prepaid phone card but you don’t have to wait for the delivery of the card in order to start using the service.

When we process your information, you will be notified of the results by e-mail, online support, or telephone.

This is a two-step purchase process:

First you make the payment through one of the two gateways (PayPal or Plug'n Play)

And then WBC Communications sends you the VIRTUAL PIN NUMBER via e-mail.

In order to avoid fraudulent transactions, and keep the cost of our Services down, we do not delivery PIN numbers before checking the Customer information.
